Ingredients
Natural rubber latex & Silicone oil (200 cSt)
Directions
1. Use a new condom for every sex act. Lesions, pre-ejaculate secretions, semen, vaginal secretions and blood can all transmit infectious organisms. 2. Tear open the package carefully. Do not use fingernails, teeth or scissors or anything that can damage the condom. 3. Before any sexual contact, place the condom on the head of the erect penis. Be sure the rolled-up ring is on the outside. And leave space at tip to hold semen when you come. 4. Squeeze tip gently so no air is trapped inside. Hold tip while you unroll condom all the way to the base of the erect penis. If the condom doesn't unroll, it may be on backwards, damaged or too old. Throw it away and start over with a new condom. 5. Immediately after ejaculation, hold the condom in place and withdraw the penis while it is still erect. Avoid spilling semen. 6. Dispose of a used condom by wrapping it in a tissue and throwing it in the trash. Wash your hands and genitals and surrounding areas with soap and water.

Long story short, I'm new to the condom world, but I learned a few things the hard way. I always assumed that magnum condoms were bigger, but as it turns out, they're just as tight at the base as a normal condom. Magnums are magnum because of their shape (flared), not their girth or length. So the result on me was a tight thing at the base and a loose thing at the top. This may seem unimportant, but I've had a few real issues you certainly don't want due to the constriction. ED, pain, and a wild looking indentation/red ring at the base once I managed to fight through the other two. The pain can last a long time afterwards too. (I tested normal bareskins first... Not a chance).
I HIGHLY suggest getting a soft tape measurer and just measure everything out before going and buying condoms. You will have to dive into the realm of nominal width, which honestly sucks, but it's the standard, and there isn't really a better way to determine things from what I've seen...
Let's say you find your girth and you think you've found the correct nominal width. I also HIGHLY suggest giving the condom a test run (alone). No ED? No red ring? No pain? Have to be decently forceful to remove the thing? You're probably good to go.
But don't be fooled! Nominal width (somehow) can be misleading. For example, I was fooled recently by the Trojan Supras. They have a nominal width of 58 mm apparently, but since they are made of different material, they are actually designed for approx 53-54 mm I think? and they DO NOT STRETCH. So it turned out that they were WORSE than these... Which is why I recommend test running this stuff first...
tl;dr: girth is (usually) the most important factor when determining what condom to get. Magnums are not "big" condoms, they're "flared" condoms. If you are bigger than average, then you would do well to research your individual situation, and not just assume magnums are right like I did. It should save you money, time, and patience in the long run.
granted condoms always suck but so do STDs, STIs, and unwanted offspring.
